To be eligible for any replacement or refund request, customers must record a clear and continuous video while unboxing or unpacking the product. The video must:

Clearly show the sealed package before opening

Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

Clearly display the product and any issue (damage/defect/incorrect item)

If a proper unboxing video is not recorded, no exchange or refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing vittaltailor.store@gmail.com
. Photos and the original unboxing video will be required as proof.

No video = No exchange. No refund.
